On September 8, 2025, we stepped through Pier Park in Panama City Beach, FL and picked up litter as we went. The area has more than 120 stores, open-air walkways, and steady foot traffic from visitors moving between shops and restaurants. It’s a mix of sidewalks, plazas, and parking areas a few steps from the shoreline.
